Flora and Aikou have emerged as the female and male Gambits, respectively, in the ongoing Big Brother Naija Season 11, tagged Show Ya Sef, following a public vote that introduced the reality show’s latest twist.
Gatekeepers News reports that the Gambit twist, unveiled after the Head of House games, allows one male and one female housemate chosen by viewers to remain in the house until the finale. While they will continue to participate in tasks, games and other house activities, and can still win sponsored rewards, they are no longer eligible to compete for the grand prize of N160 million. They will, however, remain subject to all house rules.
Flora secured the female Gambit spot with more than 29 percent of the votes, while Aikou polled over 9 percent to emerge as the male Gambit. Ricky and Abi completed the top four in the fan vote.
The announcement came during the first live show of the season, which also followed several twists introduced in the opening week. Chimsom Chuka had earlier emerged as the first Head of House but, unlike previous editions, was denied automatic access to the exclusive HoH lounge. Instead, a lucky dip selected Tram to enjoy the luxury suite, and he chose Sheba as his guest.
The 2026 edition of BBNaija premiered on July 26 with 24 housemates battling for the show’s record N160 million grand prize, the biggest reward since the reality TV competition debuted in 2006.
