Job position- WASH Supervisor
Work location-Maiduguri
Reporting to– WASH Manager
Supervision of– WASH/OHP Officer
Professional requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Water Engineering, civil engineering or other related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position/related
- Professional experience in community WASH programs in displaced populations
*Personal requirements
- Excellent program implementation skills
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use and analysis civil and water resources applications (EPANET, AutoCAD etc)
- Knowledge of Computer-aided design and Microsoft Office – AUTOCAD, ARCHICAD, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power point
- Quality: dynamic, autonomous, Proactive, flexible, take initiative.
- Availability to work in targeted LGAs, Borno State
- Good organizational skills Ability and willingness to travel between across locations of implementation within LGA
- Good command of written and spoken English, Kanuri and/or Hausa Language

Required profile and experience
Education
University degree (preferably Master or Postgraduate) in international development, social science, public health, international relations, conflict, and security, or other relevant disciplines.
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within technical expertise in a humanitarian/ recovery context
Experience in conflict/post-conflict contexts, with experience in leading emergency responses, access, and security analysis, and management
Professional Requirements
Completed relevant training in Project Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation, Proposal Writing, Humanitarian Coordination, Safety, Security Management, etc.
Languages
English – fluent in spoken and written.
