Nigeria Records 48 New COVID-19 Cases
Nigeria on Wednesday recorded 48 new COVID-19 cases.

Gatekeepers News reports that the new infections which take the nation’s total confirmed cases to 168,915, were reported from 8 Nigerian States.

The NCDC noted that Today’s (Wednesday) report: Does not include data from Lagos State. Includes 5 states with zero cases reported: Plateau, Sokoto, Nasarawa, Kano and Kaduna.”

A State-by-State breakdown, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC)’s report is as follows; Ondo-14, Oyo-10, Gombe-6, FCT-5, Ogun-4, Delta-3, Ekiti-3 and Rivers-3.

Gatekeepers News reports that as of June 14, 2021, Nigeria has successfully managed 164,652 cases, while 2,125 persons have died.
