Buhari Returns To Presidential Villa From Daura

President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to the Presidential Villa from Daura.

Gatekeepers News reports that President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday, returned to Abuja after spending eight days in his country home, Daura Katsina State, Northwestern Nigeria.

President Buhari was at his hometown with his kinsmen to celebrate the Eid-El Kabir.

Before the President’s aircraft left Umaru Musa International Airport about 4 p.m for Abuja, Buhari received the guard of honour from troops of the Nigerian Army and Nigerian Air Force operating under the 17 brigade and 213 Forward Operating Base respectively.

Governor Aminu Masari, his deputy, Mannir Yakubu, and Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Tasiu Maigari, and other top government functionaries including well-meaning citizens in the state were on ground to also bid the President farewell.

Earlier in the week, Buhari commissioned a number of projects completed by both the federal and state governments. One of the projects commissioned includes the Organic Integrated Farm Estate established by the National Land Development Authority (NALDA) located in the outskirts of Daura.

The farm can generate over ₦1.7 billion in the first year.
