Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu has paid a ‘thank you’ visit to the Aso Rock villa in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.
Gatekeepers News reports that Tinubu, accompanied by Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, had an audience with President Muhammadu Buhari who had urged the Progressives Governors Forum through its Chairman, Governor Abubakar Bagudu of Kebbi State, to rally around him (Tinubu) to ensure victory in next year’s election.
Tinubu also visited the residence of the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo.
Osinbajo had earlier congratulated Tinubu following his victory at the APC presidential primary on Wednesday.
