Innoson Vehicles Reacts To Tweep Who Claimed Their Vehicles Are ‘Sh*t’

Nigeria Automobile Company, Innoson Vehicle Motors have responded to allegations made by a Tweep, @Hyelasakda who described the brand as “sh*t”.

Gatekeepers News reports that @Hyelasakda earlier tweeted that the vehicles he supplied to the Office of the Head of Service & several other ministries didn’t last, adding that the ones his father bought for his farm use have all packed up.

In response to these derogatory claims, Innoson Vehicles Motors in a series of tweets said, “We have been trying to ascertain the veracity of these claims through our sales office in Abuja and they’re not aware of your claims.”

The Nigerian automobile company further requested him to ‘update’ it, “The model of the vehicles supplied and the year of supply; Your name or name of the company used in purchasing these vehicles; The location of these vehicles presently; The names of our contact person who have refused to attend to you over the years; The name of your father, the model of the vehicles bought and year or purchase(s).”

Innoson Vehicles added, “These will go a long way to address your complaint.

“Note, we treat our customers with respect and take their complaints seriously.”
