You Stole My 2018 Campaign Idea - Sowore Attacks Peter Obi
Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore has accused the Labour Party’s Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi of stealing his campaign idea.

Gatekeepers News reports that Obi, through the Labour Party’s Deputy National Chairman, Ayo Olorunfemi, said the party is looking at implementing a new minimum wage of between N80,000-N100,000 as against the N30,000 obtainable presently if the party wins next year’s presidential election.

Sowore, who had promised to pay workers 100,000 as minimum wage during his campaign years back, said the “Labour minimum wage idea is NOW OUTDATED” even though “they stole this idea from our 2018 campaign.”

He, however, raised his proposal, promising to implement at least N250,000 minimum wage for Nigerian workers if elected President in 2023.

“Although they stole this idea from our 2018 campaign, this @NgLabour NgLabour minimum wage idea is NOW OUTDATED-The Minimum Wage must reflect the cost of living and the purchasing power parity. We are proposing at least N250,000 minimum wage for Nigerian workers! #TakeItBack,” he tweeted.
