Impregnate My Daughter Before Getting My Approval For Marriage— Presidential Aspirant

Kofi Akpaloo, presidential candidate and founder of Liberal Party in Ghana has revealed his condition for giving out his daughter’s hand in marriage.

Gatekeepers News reports that Akoaloo made the revelation during a recent interview with Accra-based Kingdom FM.

The presidential aspirant said he would only agree to give his daughter out in marriage after she had been impregnated by her fiance.

Akpaloo noted that he made the condition to protect his daughter from societal stigma associated with potential difficulties in conceiving after marriage.

He added that infertility might not be the woman’s fault, but society often blames women in such situations.

The politician said, “I’m not stopping any man from marrying my daughter, but the only condition for this to happen is if the man can impregnate her first:”

He emphasised that he prefers his daughter to have a child before marriage to avoid any future difficulties.

Going on, Akpaloo noted that the requirement he created is based on his philosophy which doesn’t necessarily apply to others.

The politician reportedly added that a man should be married by the age of 27.
