Engr. Ishaku Ibrahim Mshelizza on Tuesday assured the people of Askira-Uba/Hawul Federal Constituency of effective representation that will transform the constituency and address critical needs in infrastructure, education, and economic empowerment.
Gatekeepers News reports that Msheluzza gave that assurance shortly after picking the All Progressives Congress (APC) Expression of Interest and Nomination forms in Abuja to contest for Askira-Uba/Hawul seat for the Federal House of Representatives .
39 year old Engr. Mshelizza MNSE, COREN, Aircraft Maintanance Planning Engineer (AMPE) with background in Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering said he was drawn into the race following his deep commitment to uplift his constituents and persistent calls from stakeholders, elders, youths, and community leaders across the constituency who urged him to offer himself for service.
According to him, “.the decision to contest for Askira- Uba Federal Constituency to represent my people at the Federal House of Representatives was borne out of a deep commitment to improving the living conditions of my people by ensuring that my constituents gets its fair share of democratic dividends.
“I have listened to the yearnings of my people and I am stepping forward to provide purposeful and inclusive representation that will bring development closer to our communities,” Mshelizza said .
He pledged to focus on attracting federal presence to the constituency, enhancing educational opportunities, improving infrastructure, and empowering youths and women through sustainable programmes.
Mshelizza, a seasoned politician with 19 years of experience, said he is fully prepared for either the APC direct primary election or a consensus arrangement, noting that he has the strong backing of party stakeholders and supporters.
Engr. Mshelizza, known for his grassroots mobilization and consistent support for the less privileged and vulnerable, stressed the importance of unity among party members and constituents, saying collective effort is key to driving meaningful development in Aksira- Uba Federal constituency .
