Global pop star Taylor Swift and NFL star Travis Kelce have officially married in a lavish ceremony held at Madison Square Garden in New York City, bringing to a close one of the entertainment world’s most closely followed love stories.
Gatekeepers News reports that the couple exchanged vows on Friday before about 1,000 guests after announcing their engagement in August 2025.
The wedding featured a host of celebrities from the worlds of music, sports and entertainment. Actor Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony, while Swift’s brother, Austin Swift, served as her “man of honor” and Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce, was his best man. Rather than having a traditional bridal party, the couple opted for close family members to take on those roles.
Swift wore a custom Christian Dior Haute Couture gown designed by Jonathan Anderson, paired with Christian Louboutin shoes and Cartier jewellery, while Kelce also wore a bespoke Dior suit. The couple exchanged personal vows during the private ceremony, which included a strict no-phone policy to preserve guests’ privacy.
Among those in attendance were Ed Sheeran, Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Hugh Grant, Camila Cabello and several NFL stars. Fans
gathered outside Madison Square Garden throughout the day, while celebrations extended across New York City, with the Empire State Building illuminated in tribute to the newlyweds.
